BELT SCRAPPER

We offer complete range of primary and secondary belt cleaner with self adjusting spring tensioners to provide consistent pressure and effective clearing. When the belt wears or jump, the scrapper follows to ensure good contact.

BELT SUPPORT SYSTEM

Conveyor belt support system designed to withstand the force of falling material at transfer points, minimizing damage and excessive wear to the belt and structure. This also cuts down on fugitive material and runaway dust.

IMPACT BAR

Impact bar is composed of three parts: UHMWPE sheet, Cushioning rubber, Alloy framework. These three parts are closely jointed by hot vulcanization process which makes sure the impact bar is integrated so well, that there is no possibility of separation.

Due to the unique, perfectly sealed swivel bearing, the wear-resistant diamond profiled rollers and a sophisticated design that prevents build-up of dirt, our belt tracker remains operational under all conditions.

The trough tracker roller system comes in various type and effectively corrects misalignment in the carrying part. It can be fitted both corrective and preventive.

RETURN BELT TRACKER

A centered belt run in the return strand, especially for the tail drum, is of the utmost importance. The tracker roller system effectively corrects misalignment of conveyor belts in the return part. It can be fitted both corrective and preventive.

INVERSED BELT TRACKER

Inversed belt tracker was developed to prevent tracker from completely blocked by the carry-back. cupped conveyor belt in the return or an extremely dirty return strand causes high wear on the rollers of the belt tracker. In addition, a tracker roller acts as a scraper.

TROUGHING IDLER

RETURN IDLER

Return idlers are used to carry the belt back to the tail pulley after the load has been dumped at the head pulley. Designed to meet CEMA standards and available in different belt widths.

TRAINING IDLER

The Training Idler responds instantly to the misalignment of the belt without special modifications to the structure. It requires no maintenance and fits into a standard drop bracket. The Training Idler can be manufactured to suit all belt sizes in operation.

SKIRT BOARD/WEAR

MODEL DB (DAMAGED BELT DETECTOR  BELT RIP DETECTOR)

The Model DB is a cable operated damaged belt detector that looks for punctures, tears, or protrusions through the conveyor belt and provides a means of automatic shutdown to limit the amount of damage to the conveyor belt. The output contacts of the Model DB can control up to two separate circuits, one for machinery shutdown and one for an alarm.

MODEL BA (BELT ALIGNMENT CONTROL)

The Model BA is a heavy-duty conveyor belt mis-alignment switch that either provides an indication or a shut off of the conveyor during a drift condition in order to prevent further damage to the conveyor belt. The output contacts of the Model BA can control up to two separate circuits, one for conveyor shutdown and one for an alarm.

Model VA (Bucket Elevator Alignment Control)

The Model VA is the newest belt alignment control specifically designed for use with bucket elevators. The unit is typically used in pairs to provide protection to both sides of the elevator leg, and indicates when the vertical belt strays or drifts beyond acceptable limits. After such time, the unit will trip an output to indicate a problem, or can be used to shut down the leg until inspection and correction is provided.
